Priority Service

Our “front of the line” service.  This service can upgrade any current service and includes:

• Moving to the front of the line:  Your computer now goes to the front of the line and will be worked on next.




• Higher priority throughout the repair process:  We are usually working on many computers at once. This service ensures that your computer receives the highest attention possible at all times to expedite the repair.




• Any service can be upgraded to Priority Service:  At any time during the repair process, a service can be upgraded to a Priority Service. This is usually most beneficial during the check-in process, but can be done anytime.
