Emergency Service

Our gotta-have-it-looked-at-now! service.  This service provides instant problem solving including:

 
• Diagnosing your computer while you wait: We will look at your machine for up to 30 minutes while you wait.  During this time, you can discuss your problems with the technician, who will walk you through the diagnoses as it is discovered.  This service is a quick diagnostic service and does not include long running tests such as hard drive and memory tests.

 

• Further Diagnostics: If the problems cannot be fully discovered or fixed within the 30 minute time window, the computer can be assigned our standard Comprehensive Diagnostic.

 

• Priority Service: Once a computer is assigned a further Comprehensive Diagnostic, it receives Priority Service at no extra charge, meaning that it becomes a priority on our service bench.  The work will continue and the computer will not have to wait in line for further diagnosis.

 

• UNI Computer Advantage: All new UNI Computers receive Emergency Service FREE for the life of the computer!
