In-Store Computer Repair
If your computer is broken, chances are you'll want to check it in for our $30 diagnostic fee. If additional parts or labor are necessary to repair your computer, our technicians will call you in order to authorize additional charges. If you should need immediate attention emergency services are available.
Onsite Support for Home & Business
If you would rather have one of our technicians to come to your residence or place of business, we will be happy to make an appointment for you. Standard hourly fees apply - drive time will be applicable to appointments outside of Lawrence.
Upgrades & Add-ons
Why buy a new machine if you don't need one? Many times upgrading your system's memory or hard drive space will give it all the speed or storage you need - at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. Call or stop by today and our staff will evaluate your machine for free. Maybe an upgrade is all you need.
